1&1 (1and1) Review

I will make my review straight forward. If you are deciding whether to purchase a domain or any package at 1$1 or not, stop now. Don't purchase. Their customer service sucks. You will have a hard time to cancel your package. If you call their toll free line, you will be speaking with an unknowledgeable representative. If you email them, you will always get an automated answer. Trust me. I have been in that dilemma. It is very frustrating.
