Just thinking about it makes me sick. Aaaahhh. My kids and I are going to be moving to the island of Maui. We need to do it soon so we can join daddy again in the life's adventure. We miss Pappadaddy so much. We need to be with him soon. But the question is, where should I start? I've got so much to do plus I have to work. Checklist checklist checklist. I know I should start writing the list. But I just can't focus. It is very overwhelming.

Stomach Ache
Posted by Jojo at 9:22 PMAaahhhh...I hate it when I get a stomach ache. It is very annoying. It stops me from doing things and it really hurts. It started this morning. I was a little worried because I was at work and I really did't want to have a surprise "go to the bathroom" thing. I am just glad that it didn't happen. The bad news though is that I still have the stomach ache and I have to go to work early tomorrow. Plus, it is snowing still and is supposed to continue until tomorrow evening. Arrrgghhh...

Christmas Shopping Online
Posted by Jojo at 9:32 PMI hope I'll get the money from Amazon pretty soon (selling textbooks aren't the fastest). I would like to buy things for the kids and their cousins as soon as possible. It won't be too easy because I have to buy them from Amazon.com and then I have to wait for my orders to get shipped. That can probably take a very long time. The kids won't be happy if Santa is late. That won't be good. HHmmm...hmmm.

Key Logger
Posted by Jojo at 7:18 PMWhat is a Key logger? I have learned something today. If you don't know what that is then read on.
When my husband was employed, he worked for a company that made highly sensitive weather hardened radio systems. Aside from the receivers all components to the systems were Consumer Off the Shelf (COtS) technologies. The components were bought from all over the world.
When they were pricing out vendors for computers there were “countries on a do not purchase from” list. These countries were known to trade heavily with and use components from China pretty much like the United States. However these countries did not scrutinize the components as heavily as companies that buy for the United States have to. China had been known to embed key loggers in firmware of hard drives or computers that these companies then in turn sold to the United States.
Key loggers on computers can be a good thing. It allows employers to know who is doing what on company systems and they can be a valuable asset to companies. However, imagine the harm that could be done if you did not know the key logger was there. Imagine a scenario where your company plugs a computer into the internet and a program is initiated that activates this key logger. The first thing that it does is notify the Chinese government that it is on line.
All of a sudden the Chinese government has access to every keystroke made on the computer. Every password, every username; everything. Imagine the nightmare that this scenario could cause your company; imagine if your company was crucial to national security.
That is the scenario my husband’s ex-employer faced when pricing and searching for a COtS vendor of a computer. Imagine the nightmare that would have been cause if a key logger made its way onto that computer. I bet even that would have been my husband’s fault (sad).

Preparation for an Interview
Posted by Jojo at 9:21 AMDo you have some interview skills and techniques?
I am not going into an interview. I hope not in years. I just want to share my experience with you. A lot of people lost their jobs and so there are a lot of competitions in the market. It is hard to land a job these days.
Whilst I was looking for a new job 3 years ago, I was also researching about how to prepare for an interview. An interview is very crucial. That is how the potential employer knows how sincere you are for the job. So, I read for tips, possible questions and better answers for the questions. I made notes and studied.
On the day of the interview, I was nervous but confident. I let them know that I was really interested. I was all smile and very positive. When she asked me questions, I was speaking naturally and from the heart. I also made sure I spoke to her with eye-to-eye contact. She then offered me the job and explained to me the benefits of being their employee. It was one of the best moments for me. I was so thrilled.
I do not interview candidates nor do I have a great interviewing guide but I just want to share the things I experienced. What is your field? Research, find it, study, prepare and you'll succeed.

The Sun is Shining Today!
Posted by Jojo at 9:22 AMThe sun is so happy today. It is shining so bright. The wind is calm unlike yesterday. I love it. I have to wear long sleeves and extra sweater though because it gets too cold especially if the wind picks up.
This morning, I saw the sun peeping through our curtains so I opened the curtains and looked outside in the yard. I was impressed with what I saw. Our beautiful roses were like so happy that the sun was shining. I love our backyard. I am glad we invested some in there.
I want to get an outddor planter, a hanging planter or maybe an indoor planter someday soon. I just want to make our house look more relaxing and beautiful with the plants and colorful flowers.
My kids and I sometimes stroll around the neighborhood and I usually try to check our neighbors yards. I usually look at their outdoor planters, rocks, front porch, etc. Most of them did a very good job and I sometimes dream about what I should do with our yard and porch. I told my husband what I noticed and he would just say maybe after the winter. Maybe he is right. I should wait until maybe Spring.
Oh I love the sunshine. Maybe I'll let the kids play in the driveway again this afternoon. We need to take advantage of this before the snow season.

Voter Registration
Posted by Jojo at 10:01 PMThe election is just around the corner and the race is heating up in Colorado. I really want to vote and want to exercise my right so I went to the Colorado website to see what I needed to do. I downloaded their form and followed the instructions in there. I hate forms because it stresses me out not because they are so difficult but because I hate spreading my information out. Anyway, I did it anyway because I want to vote. I signed it, closed the envelope and sent it by snail mail.
I waited and waited. I thought maybe they were just too busy so I was patient. One month later, I still did not hear anything. I did not receive a return-to-sender note as well so I was feeling really disappointed. Two months later and I still did not hear anything. I called the Elections Division in Denver and they referred me to the El Paso County Elections Division. The lady I spoke with said they could not find my name in the system. Wait a minute...what happened to my mail? I asked her what could have happened to my mail. She could not answer my question. She said that if the Elections Division in Denver received it, they should have sent the information to the El Paso County electronically. Oh, really? So, I followed the instructions provided on the form I downloaded online and it did not work.
Now, I am really worried. I entered my personal information in that form. What if somebody lost that letter. I feel like I was giving away my home address plaques or an address sign to a potential identity theft with a bonus social security number. I hope somebody is not using my information for fraud purposes. I really hope not!!!
Speaking of address sign, check justaddressplaques.com for a variety of address plaques or signs.

Get Your Good Credit Score Back
Posted by Jojo at 12:36 PMAre you looking for The Credit People to help you with your credit score?
Identity theft is very rampant these days especially that the internet and social networking are growing. Our equipments and services are more high-tech so the criminals are getting smart and high-tech as well. Unfortunately, some people could not keep up with these improvements so they get scammed. They get their names stolen and eventually, get their credit scores screwed.
While I was in Hawaii (my first year in US), I was really naive about identity theft so I was filling out forms online hoping to make money while at home. One day, I got a phone call from a lady with a hard accent. She said that I won a significant amount of money (can't remember of the exact amount) but I have to deposit some money first in order to redeem the amount I won. She immediately asked my bank account number. I was really confused, trying to remember how I won and from which website. Before I gave her my account number, I asked her who she was, what her name, the company she works for and phone number. I also told her that I have to talk to my husband first before anything else. She then hung up.
If I had given up my information especially my bank account to that lady, I would have probably spent a lot of time looking for a credit repair service. I could have screwed my husband's credit score as well because his name was in the account. It would have been a nightmare for us.
If you have experienced this and you are still looking hard to Repair Your Bad Credit, don't lose hope. Keep going until your good name and your good credit score is back.

Just Wondering About Our Cellphones
Posted by Jojo at 10:03 AMThis is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of Boost Mobile. All opinions are 100% mine.
My husband and I were talking about Pay-As-You-Go plan for our cellphones. We were thinking that maybe that could help us save more on our cellphone bills. I just found out today that Boost Mobile offers that plan. I looked around on their website and I couldn't believe the deals that they're offering.
I would like to have a Blackberry Curve as my next cellphone. It is very trendy plus it has great features that I really like. I then went to check the BlackBerry Monthly Unlimited plan. It looked great as well. My two favorites were: unlimited connectivity to Facebook for just one price per month and the International Text Messaging. It would be perfect for a Facebooker like me because I could give my family and friends live Facebook updates anytime and anywhere from my cellphone. I could also text my family in the Philippines right away when necessary for just a low price.
Boost Mobile's Re-Boost method is just perfect. You can use debit or credit card to pay or an automatic payment so you don't have to worry about your monthly bills. You also have the option to pay bills on-line, in-person or by phone. It is perfect for the busy bees (like me).
Is pay-as-you-go a good plan? Should I get a Blackberry? I still have questions in my mind. We still have a few months to go before our current cellphone plan expires. We'll see.

New Look
Posted by Jojo at 5:07 PMIn An Emergency Situation
Posted by Jojo at 2:35 PMOne day, as I started the car to leave my workplace, I noticed that my gas tank was almost empty. The indicator light came on which indicated that I needed to stop by the gas station to fill my tank.
I always forget to fill my tank in a timely manner. That is always my problem. I don't think about it until my car reminds me to do it. I've got too much to think about and my car is one of those that I forget most of the time. My husband does not like it because I could get stuck somewhere with my kids.
Going back to my situation, I drove slowly on the road and prayed that my gas that was left could make it to the gas station. The prayers I uttered were like God help me, God please help. Another bad news was that I had no cash with me. The very good news was that I had a credit card in my wallet. One of the advantages of credit cards is when this type of situation happens. Thank God, I brought my Paypal Credit Card with me at that time. It would have been a disaster.

Waking Up Early
Posted by Jojo at 10:38 PM
I woke up this morning at about 5:25AM because my clock alarm went off. I set it up for that time so I could get up for work. My work starts at 6:30AM. I really did not have much time so I took a quick shower to wake myself up more, got dressed, then grabbed my food for my lunch. When I got into my car, I noticed that it was really dark than usual. I looked at my wristwatch and it was 6:15AM. I was wondering what was going on. Then, I remembered that our clock changed on the weekend because of the Daylight Savings Time.

Chiropractor Appointment
Posted by Jojo at 12:15 AMIt was such a nice day. We had an adjustment at the Chiropractic First clinic and the doctor got my bones back into wherever they should be. My hip had been bothering me before today's appointment. Thank goodness, we got an appointment and got my hip taken care of. The doctor told me to go back as soon as possible. He said, my lower back got really messed up. I think I should take care of myself better.

On Beauty Products
Posted by Jojo at 6:27 PMThis is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of Dermajuv Skin Care Products. All opinions are 100% mine.
I like to go to Youtube once in a while. There are a lot of videos that I really like especially the HowTo videos. I was on Youtube one evening just to see what the people online were watching and I came across the Aspirin Mask video by Michelle Phan. Since then, I have been using that mask as part of my beauty regimen. I still don't know if it really works.
I remember the days when my mother would always remind me about taking care of my baby face. She would always tell me to sleep early and eat less oily food like peanuts. I was very prone to pimples because of the school life so it was really hard for me to get this clear skin. I used to wash my face with Calamansi juice. The juice did lighten my complexion but it dried my skin out. I also used evaporated milk as a mask but for some reason pimples would start to come out. Some friends would tell me to do some beauty practices that worked for them. Unfortunately, those practices did not work for me.
Everyone has her own preference of skin care products. Those products could be for anti-acne, anti-aging, anti-puffy eyes or whatever it may be. Skin specialists continue to research on new products. With the high-tech equipments that we have nowadays, those specialists actually have the ability to discover new ingredients. A good example of those scientific skin care products are those from Dermajuv. For example, they have this product that helps reduce or lift wrinkles by having Stem Cells as one of the ingredients in the cream. It is amazing how beauty products can evolve.

My 27th Birthday
Posted by Jojo at 7:42 PMI can't believe this. I am getting old. I am going to be 27 soon. I guess I should not worry about wrinkles, being 30 soon or getting old. I should be thankful about this one more year in my life. Yes. Thank you God for my birthday and I am praying for more years to come in my life with my husband and kids.
My husband and I celebrated my birthday in advance. We went out for a dinner in a Japanese restaurant. It was yummy. Who cares about calories? I ate a lot. It was my birthday celebration. Just the two of us.
Aside from my birthday coming, I have one more challenge this week. That is the start of my new shift at work. Oh God, please help me adjust.

Can You Imagine
Posted by Jojo at 9:58 PMI was just watching the show "The Mentalist" and the last scene that they had was that this guy received a check worth $500,000.00 from his employer through the help of the FBI.
I asked my husband and he started dreaming.

I have been praying for him since the day I knew that he was going to get an interview. He said that it really went well and he is confident about it. I hope he gets this job, God willing.
Please Lord, help me make my husband happy. Your will be done.

Just Slacking
Posted by Jojo at 1:59 PMI can't motivate myself to start working in the house while the baby is asleep. My heart says I need to clean the house at least a little bit but my mind says not to. What a day!
I guess hormones do that to you. I was a little upset with my husband last night. Maybe because I was tired. He asked me this morning if I was mad at him and why. I said I can not remember. Hahahahaha. He started acting like a monkey. I just laughed (at him and myself). Yeah, hormones do that to you.
Today, I am just slacking. I am the boss and the queen of the house. Who cares? I need to rest a bit. I did not sleep well last night.

Yo, I got that hit that beat the block
You can get that bass overload
I got the that rock and roll
That future flow
That digital spit
Next level visual sh*t
I got that boom boom pow
How the beat bang, boom boom pow
I like that boom boom pow
Them chickens jackin' my style
They try to copy my swagger
I'm on that next sh*t now
I'm so 3008
You so 2000 and late
I got that boom, boom, boom
That future boom, boom, boom
Let me get it now
Boom boom boom, gotta get-get
Boom boom boom, gotta get-get
Boom boom boom, gotta get-get
Boom boom boom, gotta get-get
Boom boom boom, now
Boom boom boom, now
Boom boom pow
Boom boom pow
I'm on the supersonic boom
Y'all hear the spaceship zoom
When, when I step inside the room
Them girls go ape-sh*t, uh
Y'all stuck on Super 8 sh*t
That low-fi stup*d 8 bit
I'm on that HD flat
This beat go boom boom bap
I'm a beast when you turn me on
Into the future cybertron
Harder, faster, better, stronger
Sexy ladies extra longer
'Cause we got the beat that bounce
We got the beat that pound
We got the beat that 808
That the boom, boom in your town
People in the place
If you wanna get down
Put your hands in the air
Will.i.am drop the beat now
Yup, yup
I be rockin' them beats, yup, yup
I be rockin' them beats, y-y-yup, yup
Here we go, here we go, satellite radio
Y'all gettin' hit with boom boom
Beats so big I'm steppin' on leprechauns
Sh*ttin' on y'all with the boom boom
Sh*ttin' on y'all you with the boom boom
Sh*ttin' on y'all you with the
This beat be bumpin', bumpin'
This beat go boom, boom
Let the beat rock
Let the beat rock
Let the beat rock
This beat be bumpin', bumpin'
This beat go boom, boom
I like that boom boom pow
Them chickens jackin' my style
They try to copy my swagger
