What should I do?

Our internet provider (Zip Broadband) has not sent us a bill yet. I sent them an email but it came back as failed delivery. I am always busy so I keep forgetting to call them for the bill. I hate it when I have to worry about these type of things. They stopped sending us paper bills recently because they said they want to save paper. Oh well...now what is going on?
